I have 0.0.0.0 for IP address. I have done all resets many times. I am assuming this to be a hardware issue or software glitch. It seemed to have happened last Jan 2021 after an update.
One month out of warranty Marantz offered no help.

Has anyone had this issue or fixed this issue? If it is a part, I have a friend who could install it.

You need to do a factory reset!

Did this, but still have IP address 0.0.0.0. Network setup still shows circle rotating for hours.
