Marantz 5400 or Denon 2105

    Which is recomended.
    I can get the Marantz for £320 and the Denon for £336.Not decided on speakers yet but I'm a bit of Celestion fan and RS are doing the AVP 303's and Glass AVF 302 floorstanders for £499.

    I don't think the Denon 2105 has audio delay, this may be a consideration for you.

    I have the Marantz 5400OSE and find it superb.
    Check out www.petertyson.co.uk last time I looked they were offering the OSE version of the 5400 for £299.00 (same price as the standard unit) fantastic value for money.

    Stick with it Cyril, I really do think it's the best offer you will find on this particular model anywhere.
    Have you phoned them to find out when next stock is available?
    I have always found them very helpful over the phone mate.

    Just been weighing up a Yamaha RVX650rds aswell,anyone got any opinions on this receiver.
