The marantz 4300 is on my short list for my first a/v amp. Do I have to have the rear centre for the 6.1 modes dd es, dts ex, etc. or can I leave that out (not really enough room in current place) so that that the rear centre channel gets split across the rear left and right channels? Thank you for any help.

    Hi,

You can leave the rear centre channel out, but you need to tell your amp you don't have one.
