Following advise from this forum, thinking that this will be the amp for me.

Do I really need to V (video) bit or could aI do better on the same price with another AMP.

Again goound quanlity sound at low volume is critical.

Any help would be gr8.

Cheers

V bit is useful if you are using it with video sources. If you are not then a stereo amp for the same price would be better.

I have the 5200 and listen at low volumes and am very happy (so are my neighbours)

nunew33 , just out of interest what do you consider low volume ?

I don't normally run at anything more than -20db's apart from the time when her next door was out and I watched Jurrasic park three on -8db's WOW !!!!!

I will check when I get home. But dont think I have ever ran it as high as -10 except when I first got it and for very short bursts if I do creep up.

I use the night setting a lot and only use the sub before 8pm.

Thank you chaps!

What about this 5.1 or 6.1 question. In the room size i have 14x14 feet will both be good?

I might have trouble finding room for all the speakers to go with it.

14x14 is bigger than my room and I have Mission 7 series (2 front floor standers, 2 dipole rears a centre) and a sub. I think min is 14ftx11ft. And I intend to put a custom install Kef as the centre rear at some point.
