Dumb question, but when an item is described as 'manufacturer's grade A stock', what exactly does this mean??

Just spoke to Allders about this very thing. They are returns that checked at the factory and have all consumables replaced with new kit. They are then sold with a full guarantee.

Allders of Croydon are selling Tosh 42WH18B at £1,299 with a 5 yr guarantee if that's of any use to anyone.
