    Anyone know when this is due out as I have watched Season 1 over and over and can't wait for the next box set of what is an excellent comedy. :D

    Nah, 4:3 unfortunately. Probably cos it's american and they still like their rear-pro 4:3 tvs out there :rolleyes:

    If you can play R1 discs it's worth buying now as the extras are good as well. £19.99 on playusa.com (might be cheaper elsewhere though). :smashin:

    ....Also included is Malcolm Vision, an interesting, if overdone, explanation of why the show creators decided to shoot 1.85:1 widescreen and then format to 1.33:1....

    Wonder if R2 will be 16:9 -- as per BBC -- if there's plans for publishing R2 version of MitM that is.

    I'd prefer 16:9, even if it's only R2 -- as per Buffy etc

    Err... how come BBC transmits the show in 16:9 and not 4:3 then?

    Can't say I ever noticed any "framing errors"

    I think BBC broadcast series 2 16:9 not series 1.

    Bump anyone got an updat on this? Just finished watch season 1 and I normally hate American sit coms, but I've nearly p**sed myself watching this, it is without doubt one of the funniest comedies I've ever seen (IMHO)
