I have been using region killer fine on WinDVD 4 but it appears to have problems with WinDVD 5. I can't find a new version of region killer so what else can I use?

I have tried genie and it does work but what made region killer so good was the way it worked in the background, genie requires me to open it each time and set the region

    Hi jtorry,
If you use DVDGenie, under the "auto region" tab there is a selection "auto run slected player after region set" , then the DVDGenie will run, set the region, then disappear, and your selected player will appear, I use it , and it seems to do the job just fine.Plus you cant beat a region selector thats free, especially seeing as my dvd player isn't region free.If you want any more tips , just ask.

    Andy
