making a windowed game bigger

i am currently streaming skyrim on a site . i have it to start in windowed mode by selecting this before the actual game starts via options .
but i find the window a little bit too small .

is there any way i can make this window bigger ?

apart from the window being a bit too small everything is perfect .

probably just need to up the resolution? so if your on a 1080p screen and the window is 1024x768.. just up that to something a bit bigger.

Dirt 3 always starts for me like this. Alt and enter solves that filling the screen if that helps
