How far do non shielded speakers need to be from a telly to not cause problems?

    question I have been asking.

Answers vary, but the general consensus is a foot minimum for Missions 771's / B&W's 601's. Depending on the size of the speaker.

The reason the distances vary is because different speakers have different size/types of magnets in them. Quite simply, the more potent the (unshielded) magnet, the further away they need to be.

So.... for something large like mission 774's (on their way in 4 weeks hopefully) we are talking two, two and a half feet.

Cool, should be able to do that.
