Hi All

I posted a few pics in the main forum and Senu suggested i create an album here.

I have had my Canon 400d now for nearly a month, i also purchased a Sigma APO 70-300mm lens.

All comments and suggestions are welcome, i hope you enjoy the pics.

AS previously stated
The images range from good to very good:thumbsup:
You are making good use of the camera and lenses ;)
Even no 10 and 11 seem to look better now that they are displayed in larger sizes

Thanks for the comments and i am glad you liked a couple of the pics.

Here are some more pics, pictures 15 & 16 have been manipulated in photoshop just to see what sort of results i would get.

I'm liking No. 15, it's a bit blown out around the sun, but I love the overall feel of the shot.

DO you use any filters for your landscapes on the Sigma 70-300mm lens? Also I take it you're using the 70-300 for your macro shots, if so are you using anything to increase the magnification?

Hi Scary squirel, thanks for the comments, i do not use any filters or any other magnifying devices. i am hoping to buy a dedicated macro lens soon.

I was not too happy with the first few pics i posted so i decided to go back to them and give them a bit of a tweak. here are the results. I have also added a couple of others pics.
