Panic not, rec'd DVD player ,it's already region free & Macrovision disabled.
Also worked on RCE Disc, picture quality very good, this machine is purely for the bedroom ; so I'm not worried about sound .

    Regards

Was it modded by a company or was it multi-region from the manufacturers?

Hi Stuart, this DVD Player was Region Free & Macrovision Free straight out the box, £53.22 Delivered fro AMAZON; pictures very good too!
It looks as if Medion don't worry about these things as it does say R2 on the box & the manual.

    Regards
