Not that I'm aware of, or at least not one that is kept upto date. Its quite a rare feature on newer dvd players now. Of models that you can get in the shops the only ones that spring to mind are the Compacks DVD5000 (and possibly Compacks DVD4000) and the Liteon 2001.

There is a firm that sells DVD player that are, as they come, region free and region free and macrovision disabled. Unfortunately I have forgot who they were.

Also I believe modern LSI chipsets used for DVD players are harder to make macrovision free as the logic that senses copyrighted dvds and the macrovision sync signal are all generated within the same chip. So its harder to modify the firmware and also harder to make a pcb modification. Even techtronics seemed to have given up on most players and simply suggest a scart lead which has circuitry inside to correct the poor macrovision generated sync.

Or rip it to hard disk and remove all protections and user-inconveniences. ;)
