    Hi all,

I have a MacBook Pro as a works laptop, when in the office i'm connected through ethernet and everything is fine. When i'm at home it simply won't connect to my Sky Q hub unless I restart. I can see the router name and I've tried turning WIFI on and off but it just won't connect.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

The Wi-Fi and ethernet connections on a laptop are separate unrelated so there's no read across that because one works the other ought to.

Does Wi-Fi connection work anywhere else?

When you say "won't connect to my Sky Q hub unless I restart," do you mean restart the Mac, your router or something else?

Are there any other symptoms apart from "won't connect" - like any error messages?

Have you asked for any assistance from your company's IT Support?
