Mac Support - What Is Available?

I have an Imac that is around 6 months old and a MacBook that is around a week old. There is no clear indication in any of the documentation what support is available and over what period - phone, e-mail etc. Does anyone know?

You'll find this on the Apple website but essentially 90 days phone support from purchase and a 1 year warranty. If you buy AppleCare at any point during the first year the phone support and warranty will run for three years from the date of purchase.

Thanks - do you buy Apple care per machine or will it cover my MacBook and Imac and iPods?

Per machine, but see the AppleCare link in my sig for more details on associated kit. iPods need separate cover AFAIK.

I would highly recommend buying it from the US via ebay.

Got my MacBook AppleCare for about £90 instead £199.
