Hi All,
I have a media player that supports SMB. I have an iMac running the latest software although the mac itself is a late 2009 model.
The media player can see the iMac network and it comes up as available to connect to. However when I click it, it asks me for a username and password. (There's also an anonymous tick box option)
I've tried all combinations I can think of that it might be wanting me to input but no luck. I've searched google and you tube this evening trying loads of different things to no avail.
Does anyone have experience of this sort of problem or anywhere to suggest to ask instead of here if this is not he right place?
Thanks in advance.
