Mac Mini?

So i have an imac which is very out of date(hopefully i can update it) but my son currently uses it. I have a Windows laptop which i use for just browsing the web and storing photos and a bit of photo editing.
I'm creative and do lots of crafts so am looking for a new computer for my craft room mainly for doing the odd bit of photo editing and digital art, surfing the web quickly and storing a few photos although i do have an external HD.
So would a Mac Mini suffice?

Yes. Any new Mac Mini comes as standard with iPhoto for basic photo editing.

For all your existing Windows programs, you can also run these on a Mac Mini. You have a choice in buying Parallels of Fusion alongside an existing copy of the WindowsOS.
