No PS/2 ports - so mouse/keyboard have to be USB - only 2 USB ports, so you may want a hub (the apple keyboard has a USB port built in for the mouse).
Remote - I know (or rather have read reviews) that the ATI remote works, and if you have bluetooth you can get some software (sailing clicker I think it's called) that uses a bluetooth phone as a remote.
I'm currently in the process of setting mine up for my PJ, and then plan to add the ATI remote.
You may also need some software to control the screen res if the mini doesn't recognise your display specifically, I'm using ScreenResX on mine.
