    Hi

Looking to acquire a set of M&K Xenons for a new cinema room. The room is 12ft x 14ft and was hoping to fit in a 9.1 or above sound system. My parents have the Xenon 5.1 system with X36 fronts and X26 rears. Love the sound and love the fact that they are nice and small and discrete.

Have posted an advert in the classifieds to see if I can drum up some people who are looking to part with their speakers but was also thinking if there are any recent alternatives to the Xenon system. All be it MK or other brand... indeed there could be better speakers now but am looking speakers that are fairly small and don't dominate the room!

    Cheers for the advice.

    M

You may get more options when Ken Kreisel releases some newer, smaller models. As there's nothing around at the moment as a direct replacement, I would guess many people would keep hold of them, as they're still great sounding speakers.

Are those the right prices for a single inwall speaker? 2x the on wall seems a bit steep if it is correct

Phew! Glad to see that after our conversation earlier about some IW85 as back surrounds. :)

(Waiting for more filler to dry before I can fit my centre :( ).

Gecko might have some Xenons left over. Always worth firing an e mail off. I would have thought the M5s would be the nearest equivalent of the xenons.
