Question luxburg pull up screen won't stay up. any way to fix?

i just got it today but can't be bothered swapping it out since otherwise it seems fine (and amazon gave me £40 back due to this). i have something to hook it onto if needs be (just needs setting up) but just wondering if anyone encountered this?
