I have a technics dv 170 it is a stacking system with tri wiring and do not play a lot of DVD's but recently I have noticed that I have to crank up the volume to get any oomphh in the sound. For example a reading of 18 in the amp that usually used to read 28!! Not a great technie but is there any thing I can tweak? I am a bit worried it will start working again when I am watching some really loud part and then blow the roof off.

    Thanks
