low signal

picture freezes i am getting 50db at the aerial,have fitted new triax 52w c/d and now have 60/70db according to led,s that light up on meter.I am 9mls from pontop what sort of db would you expect or are these readings acceptable

postcode-dh15ls been down this road rec.aerial c/d so i bought the triax 52wc c/d,i just wanted advice on what is a acceptable signal strength in db

just used that grid method using the bilsdale transmitter and the lines don,t seem to hit anything but it is 30mls away and iv,e probably got the wrong aerial might try it though

My main transmitter is Winter Hill at 16 miles group C/D aerial but I also have a group A aerial directed on Moel-y-Parc in North Wales at 56 miles and this gives me good reception on four muxes. Comes in handy when Winter Hill is rained off.
