    Hi,

Just transfered an episode of family guy and a trailor for fantastic 4 onto my PSP to check out the quality.

I noticed that with the volume up at it's highest, compared to the sound from RR (only game i got so far) that there's a big difference in terms of volume.

Anyone else noticed this or know a way of rectifying it?

Your DVD ripping program may allow you to increase the output volume of your ripped file.

zaichik has got the idea, its the actual files that youve got and encoded, they need to be re encoded with the volume raised. thats all it is, i dont think theres alot you can do to the psp to get it higher.

Cheers guys, not sure how to do this, but will give it a go. Some of the tv shows and films on my pc are already encoded, so it looks like i'm stuck with it..

    Thanks again, :smashin:

I believe there is a setting in PSP Video 9 to increase the volume level.

Hughesy where did you get your USB lead?
Is it a special connection or can other USB leads do the job?
    Cheers
