low power pc for server

ok, i have posted before on this topic a few months back but have now built one, the system is a pc chips motherboard ,amd geode processor, 512mb ram,on board sound,old dvd drive , 160 gig hard drive, old geforce mx440 graphics card.
this is for use in the garage as a server to download 24/7 and will add more hard drives for a server for my htpc.
what i would like to know is at present it is running at 58 watts, is this good or are there better ays to build a low power pc
ps this is with monitor off
