Low Latency Wireless Headphones for production/freetime

Hi all, I'm looking to buy my perfect headphones, I hope someone can help me here!
So, I'm an AV tech, I often do live streaming or live events and though I'm more specialised on video, I obviously have to work with sound too. Since i often work across many machines on the control room table, I'd like to buy some new wireless headphones to be finally cable-free on the job, but also for listening to music while going around in my spare time (so I'm ruling out all of those huge, tacky gaming headsets). BUT I also need cable sometimes (if I'm working an analog mixer), so a hybrid type would be perfect!
Excellent quality is not of the essence here (if sound quality is important, there will be an audio guy giving me an already mixed and eq'ed feed), what I'm concerned about is latency – a few dozen of ms is acceptable but no more than 50-60.
Bluetooth? Wireless dongle? Should I forget wireless altogether?

I know I'm being very picky and what I'm looking for probably doesn't even exist but I tried! TIA

Hi, I think the TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ will be just the ticket for you.

Virtually no latency (16ms) as it uses the wireless W+ protocol, although it does also offer Bluetooth 5, and a cabled connection. Good quality as they claim lossless audio, however the signal is not hi-res, it's 16-bit/44.1kHz, which should be fine. They are on Amazon for £300. The transmitter plugs into the headphone out socket.

I'm very interested in these myself, hence all the links. I've given up on using Bluetooth for watching AV material as the lip sync lag is unacceptable. I also find the volume level using BT is a bit too low. Hopefully the TMA-2 is better.
