Low Brightness on Samsung 32” QE32Q50A

Hi, hopefully someone in the forum can offer me advice and help. I purchased the new Samsung 32” QE32Q50A and although the picture is very sharp and skin tones are great, I think there is “low brightness”. I have set the TV to Dynamic and the brightness is turned up to 50. This TV replaced a Samsung 32” D4003 and although the sound on this was terrible, the picture was considerably brighter. I also have the Samsung 49” MU6400 and this TV has more brightness control.

Has anyone bought this 32” model and is experiencing similar difficulties. The retailer has said they will take it back as long as it is within 14 days (I have it only 4 days). I have taken pictures on my camera of the picture on the TV and send it to the retailer and they believe picture is ok. My issue, if I change it, what to buy as the replacement. I was looking at the Samsung UE32T5300.
