Just ordered Legends Of The Fall and Zorro on Superbit, not being a "extras" fan and for £12.99 per film I thought I'd give the Superbit a go.

So I was wondering if anybody had viewed these two films, or others, and what was their thoughts about the sound and picture quality and are they worth the money.

    Cheers

I have the original region 1 of Zorro NOT SUPERBIT and it's DTS and looks and sounds amazing, id imagine Superbit might add a lil more detail IF you have a large screen otherwise i don't think ur gonna be gaining much.

    FoxyMulder,

I have the Toshiba 36ZP38 would you say that I would benefit from Superbit?

I think a 36inch screen is just on the boundary of you seeing the difference of superbit. But I believe in some cases the ordinary versions of some DVD’s are better than the superbit versions.

Will do a search I saw someone mentioning it the other week.

Sometimes a big improvement in sound and picture, more often it's about hype & selling another version of the same disk (minus extras) unfortunately. Varies very much from film to film IMO.
