We have a Samsung ES6300 TV and a Samsung HW-J551 soundbar. Also a BT Humax box.
Until 2 days ago, everything was working fine but then the soundbar wouldn‘t connect to the TV. It still works OK on Bluetooth, etc.
While investigating, we discovered that the TV has lost its connection to our Wi-Fi. In the network settings, it does not find our Wi-Fi. (We tried plugging in another Ethernet cable but that doesn’t help the sound bar.)
We have tried disconnecting everything and reconnecting. We are still not able to connect to our wireless network.
