I went round to a little old lady's house to retune her telly last night, as she'd been complaining about not getting all the channels.
I did a retune and she's right, Mux A is missing.

Now I know there has been maintenance work at Sutton in the last week, but this started about 2 weeks ago.

I checked the signal strength on a few other channels and it came up as "good", with signal quality as "high".

That is what's confusing me :suicide:

For info, her aerial is on the roof (that she reckons is around 12 YO), has around 12-15 elements and the telly is a couple of months old Sony Bravia with built in Freeview which was working fine.
She only lives about a mile from us and our antenna is an indoor job (although we're quite a bit higher than her) and Mux A is working no problem.

I guess what I'm asking is, is this likely to be an antenna problem?
Logic tells me no, given the good signal on other muxes and we haven't had any real rain or high winds recently

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

Oh, I can post her postcode if it's needed.

Hi Steve hope you and the missus are well.

Thanks Keith, yes we're fine.
Hope you and yours are too :smashin:

It's as I said mate, this started before the maintenance.
Quite strange, given that mine is working fine.

I believe there are two tall masts currently at SC, so there may well be strange effects.
