Lost all channels on my Sky card

I have a problem, tonight when i was going to watch some TV i got a message on the screen that you should call this number to upgrade your subscription if you want to watch this channel.

I checked my bank account and Sky has taken money for the new month coming so there is no problem there.

However i have not watched so much Sky lately but mostly the Freesat channels.

Why do i get this message? is it because the card missed the updates from Sky?


No, it's not that.
Sky are the people to tell you the reason - and more importantly to fix it and give you compensation for the subscription you haven't been able to use.
