    Hi all

I have a HTPC connected to both a Panasonic AE500 projector (through VGA) and a Sony LCD (through DVI). I use powerstrip to flip resolutions between the two. The graphics card is an ASUS 9600SE

The problem is that occasionaly it loses the LCD. I have to then manually go into the settings of the graphics card and turn the secondary display back on.

I have no idea why this may happen - anyone got any ideas?

    Cheers

    G

Thinking about it - would it be better to use the ports the other way round - not that this would solve my problem (no doubt i would keep losing the projector instead) - but the quality on the respective devices may improve :D
