Losing Audio Sync Durning Movie

Hello,

I am having a strange issue. I am losing audio sync during movies. Movie starts fine and then at random times the track will get off. When I pause the movie for 5 seconds and restart it re-syncs and everything in fine. Sometimes this happens once, sometimes multiple times.

Signal flow is: UBP-X800M2 - STR-ZA810ES - XBR-65A8H. All connected with AudioQuest Chocolate HDMI 2m.

Happens with Blu-Rays and with 4k HDR Blu-Rays. This is beyond driving me crazy as I didn’t have any of these issues with my previous setup. (Panasonic DMP-BDT210 - Integra DTR-20.3 - Panasonic TCP55GT30)

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm kinda having the same issue with my Denon but with ARC. They recommended I use fiber optic HDMI cable for any length over 3ft, though I cannot say this has resolved my issue.

Many suggest you buy a new cable, one member suggested Amazon Basics as a reliable brand.
