I own the Sennheiser IE90 and I love them but when out and about (say on the London tube) there's no noise cancellation or isolation. I'm soon going to leave the luxury of working from home and will most probably frequent the underground daily, so I'm looking to upgrade to something new.
Years back I owned the Ultimate Ears before the Logitech takeover. I actually thought UE were dis-continued but apparently not (sorry, been out of the game for a while in terms of what's new and hot). So is the 900s suitable? Quick Google search and supposedly build is a little plastic.
I'm after some suggestions and I'm happy to spend £400 or so on something that produces great sound, has very decent build and can either do isolation or cancellation.
Which brings me onto my next question. In terms of iso v can - which is the preferable choice? I know the technical difference between the two but I need to gauge opinion on what is perhaps the more dependable and balanced option.
Hope someone can help.
