Looking for top of the line 40 inch LCD

Hi all, I am new here. I am in the market for a 40-42 inch LCD TV that will be mainly used for home cinema and games. I want to spend about 2500.00 USD. I am looking for best PQ for my price range. I am wanting to get at least 120 hz 240 pref. Does it make a huge difference? what are some of the defining things I need to be looking for in a set? I'm not sure if the model numbers will be the same but the new Samsung LED sets have amazing picture quality. Some people have said that there's an issue with the auto dimming but that's something you could check out for yourself. See if they have a model similar to this (in the states?):

Think its E for Europe, N for North America? A for Australasia and I for India area?

Not to sure about others although the numbers may differ slightly the for different countries but i think the equielant to the UE40B7020 is UN40B7000 in the states?
