Looking for some advice

I currently have a DVD player and a lot of DVD’s, essentially I want to get rid of the dvd player and get a HD up-scaling player. What I'd also like is a unit that stores the DVD's so that the originals can be put in a box in the garage.

I like the look of the Popcorn A110, but it doesn't have an integrated DVD player, which I'd really like.

So, I'm looking for a player with a DVD drive a hard drive, HD up-scaling and something that will sit on my network so I can get to it from PC's around the house as network drive (that way I can backup the contents). Another thing that would be nice it the ability to RIP DVD's directly on the unit rather than having to load my PC, rip a DVD and then copy it to the device.

So does anyone know what they call this 1TB moon on a stick?

Thanks for any suggestions, I'm getting swamped by all the options.
