Looking for small PIR/Beam sensor suitable for switching stair LED's

Active Member
I am doing an install of LED strips along a glass balustrade. The strips will be hidden inside the handrails facing down.

I am looking for a timed Switch capable of the load (72 watts)

I have seen and am thinking about the Green-i sensors but ideally I want something that only triggers as you break the beam - I imagine they have pretty wide angle - an the problem of where to place them

Also I want to link 2 - at the top and bottom to switch the LED's

Anyone got any ideas?
