Hi,

I'm looking for a TV to replace my 65" Samsung that's failed. Can you get a TV that will support ATMOS passthrough to a Denon ATMOS/DTSX Receiver? I know the Samsung didn't do this.

Cheers

If youre happy with the Atmos from Prime and Netlfix apps over DD+ over normal ARC then even last years LG OLED will do - and I've read reports of them taking the MAT from ATV 4K connected to the TV and sending that as DD+ with Atmos too,

But this year's have eARC so connecting a blu-ray to the TV is now possible - if the Amp is eARC too.

Atmos from what sources?
I’m experimenting ripping my 4K BluRays with ATMOS soundtracks and playing them from an external hard drive plugged into the TV. the sound is then sent via ARC to the Atmos receiver. My samsung TV has DD + and a tick able button for ATMOS compatibility. But the DD+ is greyed out.
