Looking for new HDTV and i want your opinions

Looking for new HDTV and i want your opinions on what you think is the best HDTV available.

Things it MUST have:
at least 1 component input
at least 2 HDMI inputs
it must do 1080p

Things i would like it to have:
a VGA input

I will be using this new TV mostly for playing 360 and PS3, so any HDTVs that work better with video games is a plus. As far as size goes i would like something no bigger than 40". I'm having a real problem deciding what HDTV to pick so any input you guys can give would be great, thanks for your time.

Unless you're proposing to sit no more than 5 feet from the screen, you may find that's a bit on the small side.

It's the perfect size if you're planning to sit slightly more than 5 feet from the screen.

If you're proposing to sit, say, eight and a half feet away from a 1080p screen, then 65" would be a good size.
