Looking for an upgrade

So basically i have a Onkyo HTX-22HDX with the 5.1 upgrade.

It has worked well for me but is starting to show a little age now as i have had it a few years.

Just wondering where would be a good way to go for a bit of an upgrade without breaking the bank.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks

That very much depends on how healthy the bank is.

What sort of budget would you consider?

I believe you can use your current speakers with an AVR (not sure about the sub) so you could just buy an AVR and maybe a new sub. Something around £250 for the AVR should be a good start and then £200 for a sub. You could then upgrade the other speakers as funds allow.
