    Hi there,

Hoping someone can help a newbie with a bit of advice. I've recently moved house and need a longer cable run for my speakers, but am not sure what to get and not knowledgable enough to be able to decipher most cable reviews.

I have a NAD 304 amp and Tannoy 607 speakers, which in my old house I had biwired with Audioquest type 4. But looking for something flat (still biwired) in my new place due to flooring, and each cable run needs to be about 6 metres.

Oh, and budget a bit stretched thanks to stamp duty ( :thumbsdow ), so ideally not looking to spend more than £5 per metre but don't want to end up with rubbish sound.

    Any thoughts?

QED do a fantastic flat bi-wire cable - (not Silver Anniversary). The quality is good and the sound carriage is excellent.

Try online or places like Musical Images.

Thanks for the advice - have searched around a bit and the QED looks pretty good for the money.

Also considering just popping into Richer and getting some Gale XL160, but had seen some poor reviews of this - anyone any views?
