Looking for a thin graphics card

I built an HTPC/Server using a Zotac NM10 DTX mobo. Running XBMC in Windows 7, the Atom/NM10 doesn't have enough grunt to show 720p mkvs, although its not far off.

The Zotac has 2 PCI-E slots, one full and one small. Along from the small PCI are the 6 SATA ports.

I'm looking for a graphics card, preferably silent, that would fit in its own slot. I tried one that had a heat sink which covered the small PCI and some of the SATAs. I plan on using all the SATAs eventually and use the small PCI for a TV card.

Can anyone recommend a card where the heat sink isn't too big? This isn't a gaming rig, all it does is play videos and serve files over a network. At a push, I could lose the small PCI if I got a USB TV card (any good?), but the SATAs are a no go area.
