I have looked absolutely everywhere for a hack for this DVD/VCR player. Has anyone managed to find one.

I've trawled the internet and haven't found one. The Aiwa 314159 hack doesn't work.

    You are my last hope!

I was looking for the same hack for a mate of mine. I did manage to find this below:-

"Got It:- Unlock your LG LH-C6235
    Went to this address http://lgregionfree.tripod.com/menu.htm

and selected the 6000 series download

    Works Great first time"

I haven't tried it yet, so it's at your own risk I'm afraid ;)

Thank MarkShark. I'l try it in due course. Do I just burn a CD and put it into the player?

    Will it work automatically?

Also do you know which site had the thread you refer to?

It is at this forum, towards the bottom:-

As far as I know, you burn a CD as per the readme in the zip file.

If you decide to try this out (please note that I have not tested it myself) can you let me know if it works?

    The guide says...

"Make sure you burn the disc in ISO mode (not joliet)"

Can anyone tell me how I know if I've burned a CD in ISO mode?

Used this hack and it worked beautifully. Easy CD Creator allows you to save a CD in ISO format.
Just input the region you want, Region 0, for Region free and press the pause button, but it tells you all this on the screen anyway.

    Cheers
