Looking for a budget replacement 37" LCD

If it turns out the tearing though VGA isn't fixable I'm considering returning my Hannspree XV37 JT 02, apart from that problem the set is great for the money and my budget being small it's going to be hard to find another suitable TV.

Is there anything else out there at 37" that offers a good VGA/HDMI input with 1:1 pixel mapping (it's going to double up as my PC monitor again) yet not too far over £500?
