    Hi All,

I've just bought a copy of "The Who: Best of the Best", yeah ok it sounds great.

But a lot of the tracks have been tampered with / remixed, and doesn't sound like "The Who" i used to enjoy listening too.

Can anyone recomend a "best of" that has the original recording on, instead of these new flashy recordings ?? Doesn't matter if it's on CD or vinyl.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Cheers
    Lee

    Hi All,

Well after trawling around various record shops, i've got the following albums.

Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy (Vinyl)
    Live at Leeds (Vinyl)
    Multi CD Box Set.

After listening to these albums after the "Best of the Best" there is a huge improvement.

Just goes to show it wasn't my ears, Or my age that was playing tricks on me !!:D

    Cheers

    Cheers for the link.....

It seems the reviews are very mixed, and they have done a sloppy job on the editing and have missed out a few mumbers from the DVD compared to the CD.

Unless this version is a newer cut of the concert ??

    Cheers
