Hey, we are looking to replace our desktop pc at the moment. It will be used mainly for Office 2007 and internet.

I have found a few but I have no idea if they are good value for money! So it would be appreciated if someone can give me a little advice.

Compaq Presario CQ5103uk - Desktop PC with 18.5" LG monitor
£380
* Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200
* (2.5GHz, 2MB Cache)
* Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
* 3GB memory
* 320GB hard drive
* Integrated graphics
* 6x USB ports

Acer Aspire X3200 with X193HQ 18.5” Widescreen Display

£400
* AMD Athlon X2 7450
* (2.4GHz, 512KB Cache)
* Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
* 3GB memory
* 320GB hard drive
* NVIDIA GeForce 9200 integrated graphics
* DVD Rewriter
* 9x USB ports
* Media card reader
* Soundcard included

Acer ASX1300 9450e 2GB 320GB Quad Core Desktop and 19" PC Monitor
£400
* AMD Phenom™ X4 Quad-Core
* (2.1GHz, 1MB Cache)
* Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
* 2GB memory
* 320GB hard drive

Or would it be worth buying a base unit and monitor seprately?

dunno why they are saying its(the first) the best, there is too little info to go on.
the first is at clock speed the quickest but its only dual core(and a basic one at that) vs the latter which is quad
in my experience the nvidia on-board gfx take some beating and if the 3rd system has them it would be the one i would go for.
