Hi people, would love a bit of a glance and advice on my set up, please.
I'm trying to set up some AV as a first timer. I was going to go the Sonos route, but am now leaning towards Music Cast.
- Setting up a 5.1.2 system in a TV room. (TV + Projector)
- 4 x in-ceiling speakers in a kitchen
- 2 x in-ceiling speakers in a bathroom
Previous idea: SONOS
Denon avr2600 for TV Room + Sonos Port
One Sonos Amp each for the kitchen and bathroom
Current Idea: YAMAHA Music Cast
Denon avr2600 for TV Room + Yamaha MusicCast WXAD-10 box (instead of Sonos Port)
One Yamaha Music Cast amp each for the kitchen and bathroom. But which one:
- WXA-50
- RN303D
- RN602
The speakers are a bundle Monitor Audio W150's, C165, W165 and 4 x C265-FX in kitchen. BK P12-300SB Sub. Hopefully that'll do it, but I can't stretch the budget much further, so ...
1) For the Yamaha amps mentioned above, I belive they are "2 channel". Can I run 4 speakers from them (for the kitchen). I know the Sonos Amp does, but not sure of the others?
2) Can I definitely stream whatever I have on my phone to Yahama Music Cast via bluetooth in the above set up?
3) Any other consideration or gotchas in the above Yamaha set up?
