Logitech Support are Great!

    Most people only talk about support to vent their frustrations, so I thought this was worth a quick mention.

    Last weekend I went to use my Harmony One an the screen was only half there the top half was all white with a black "splodge" in the middle.

    Turns out the screen had cracked.

    The remote was bought by the wife for me at xmas 2010 so out of warranty.

    Called support on Monday, they asked for a few photos etc and then sent me a brand new remote that arrived yesterday :)

    Really please :)

    (edit- Hmm I thought it was 1 year warrant but I could be mistaken, still great support)

    In actual fact, Harmony remotes come with a two year guarantee but you're right, their support is excellent. Do a bit of searching on these forums and you'll find plenty of accolades for Logitech's aftersales cover, mine included. :)

    Yes, they can be very good when they like, and warranties don't matter anyway.
