I have an NTL PAce Box 2000 model and a Harmony 885.
I bought the latter, because I was assured that it would work with the former (the 885 works on both IR protocols, avoiding the need for a "Red Eye").
It does not!
The Harmony set-up reports a fault with the Pace set-up and Harmony Support advise that they have no other users employing this combination.
Has anybody "enjoyed" similar esxperiences?
HI nicholas

The FAQs on the Logitech site do name UK Pace cable boxes as not working with some models but it also states

'Pace cable boxes use an infrared protocol called IRDa. Only the 800 series of Harmony remotes can send these infrared commands'.

Your experience therefore seems strange. Have you pointed out this statement to them?

Yup, I've advised them verbally and via email.
I await their response with interest!
Logitech Phone support have an excellent rep on this forum; although not used them myself; so lets hope they sort this out for you.
