Logik TV Audio Out

Standard Member
I've just bought a Logik L32HE12 (yes I know, tight g*t, seems fine though), & I'd like to connect to my stereo, I'm not after surround sound just better stereo would do. However, all I've got on the TV is a headphone socket & a SCART socket. I know there are audio out pins on SCART but are they likely to work as the TV is a receiving device? If not, what about using the headphone socket via a jack plug to phono adapter? Only thing this would mean constantly plugging & unplugging the cable from the TV.

The SCART should work with the right lead or breakout adaptor.
The headphone output will, of course, also work - but will mute the TV speakers.
