My new Loewe Xelos SL display has a seperate tuner box connected to the display via a long (3+ meters) seperate DVI-D and a control cable marked d-sub. Looks to be three rows of 8 to 10 pins.

The cables are way too long and I was thinking of economically replacing them with shorter lengths. Are these things pretty standard (obviously DVI-D is) or would I need to source from Loewe, assuming that 1m lengths are available.

    Anyone?

I tried Loewe but they only do a longer 10m version. Im after a shorter 1m pair to avoid having 2m+ worth of thick cable pair coiled up.

Looks like I need a third party solution. I guess a standard DVI-D->DVI-D cable could replace one, but im struggling with the D-sub cable.

Any suggestions whether these are proprietry or where I can source elsewhere or get custom made?
