just thouht i would update you on the 40'
i can tell you it will NOW arrive in the second /third week of jan 02.
it comes in two colours piano black & silver ,but the silver one will be entering the uk first.
the price is£3600 plus£400 for the stand.
it is 'claimed' that approx 40 will enter the uk in jan,and that 30 people have placed orders,i guess this is being said because then the price can stay high.
its already being discounted by large amounts, yet no one has it.

Mo, I would like one of these. But when you say discounted by large amounts, by whom? £3600 doesn't sound very discounted considering the 32", or is that just me!?
As for Jan' appearance, no surprise there. Every end of year it's the same with some new hopeful turning out late and/or falling on its derrière - nightmare flash to PG50, the horror...

Mo, do you know any dealers selling this set for £3000 or under? I ask because I keep gettting the "I'm sure we'll be able to tell you shortly" (no sh*t Sherlock) response. Very frustrating.
Thanks., and thanks so far for the input.

I think prices under £3k for the 40" will be very unlikely.

But it will be well worth it.

    encaser,
if you seriously want one ask me near the end of the month or when i actually have one in my hand.
am i serious about the price?
test me when the time arrives.
also, i expect empire direct to be there or there abouts
i actually have one ready for me when it arrives but i may have to overlook it and buy one a month or two later.

Mo, I am seriously thinking of getting one. It's more a question of holding back from buying something sooner . than better later  .
